What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect: your name, email, phone (if provided), preferred language, the type of matter, and the description you write. When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Netlify) may log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell information to anyone.

How we use it

We use the information you submit only for the purpose of evaluating whether we can help you and, if so, scheduling a consultation. If we represent you, ongoing communication will be governed by the engagement letter, the Utah Rules of Professional Conduct, and the attorney-client privilege.

Storage

Form submissions are delivered to our internal email and stored within Netlify's form-processing infrastructure. Email is stored on encrypted email-provider servers (Google Workspace).

Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties except: (a) service providers we use to operate the firm (such as our practice-management software and our email host), all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations; (b) when required by law (subpoena, court order); or (c) when you give us specific permission.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking cookies. Netlify may set technical cookies necessary to host the site. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook pixels, or similar trackers.

Your choices

You may request that we delete information you have submitted by emailing navid@farzanfamilylaw.com. We will comply unless we are required to retain the information by law or professional rule.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
